Electra Elite Phone Label

I have just been thrown in to move an Electra Elite phone system from one location to another. I am used to dealing with my NEC Nitsuko, not the Electra Elite, so there is a learning curve.

I need to know how to label the phone lines. When pressing line 1 or line 2, they are labeled with the phone numbers, which since we moved the system are incorrect.

I have searched the manuals but have not found this nugget of information.

Does anyone know how to re-label the phone lines?
Example: press line one, the phone displays 555-555-5555 and we want it to say 777-777-7777. Same for line 2.

Thank you.

program 3-00

you can enter the trunk number you want displayed or press [HOLD] to erase what is there.

If you erase what is there the display will just show "Line 1" or "Line 2", that is the default setting.

Salesmen slay me.....

Thanks for the offer. We have had several different salesmen through this location where the phone system was, so no one remembers any passwords.

I do not have the co-sessions software and have tried all the phones and none appear to be a manager voicemail box. We only have 5 extensions 100-104. Ext 100 has a box, but I do not know the passcode, and 101 was blank when I typed in 0327, it asks me to set it up. I set it up, but it was not a manager's box. I do not know how to get around that.

So I think I am down a rabbit hole unless you have any other great ideas. My next move is to shake some trees and see if anyone remembers the passwords, other wise I guess I need to get a copy of the co-sessions software and try that route.

TTFN
Thanks again.

Anyone know where I can find a copy of this cosession software? I'm trying to program VM for our used Electra Elite, and have the programming manual, but no software.

I was not able to source it, but I did not try that hard.

I was able to get a pass code to an admin box and did everything from that.

If I run across it, I will send you a message.
