| Junior Member | Electra Elite Mail Boxes I have an Electa Elite 192 system with EliteMail VMS. The phones I have are all 16 line display with 16 DSS/BLF One Touch Keys. I have added some new phone lines and need to find out how to set voicemail up on the different company lines. I know how to change it on existing lines, but how do I assign new mailboxes to existing lines? I have gone through the manuals and they are no help. |

Rep Power: 3  | You'll need to log in to VM from someone's mailbox that is setup as an admin. Once logged in to an admin mailbox go to the softkeys 'more', then 'mgr' then 'chbx'. | Junior Member | I should be the one who is the administrator, but I don't get mgr or chbx on a softkey when I log into the voicemail. I have tried every existing vm we have and I don't ever get one that shows mgr or chbx on the softkeys. I have lvmsg and setup as the only options. |
