lost password for Sandy Simmons
Has anyone been faced with loosing the Admin password for Elite Mail. I can't find the password for this voicemail and Active Voice says it would cost 150 dollars for them to fix it. Any suggestions besides de-archiving the original database.

I had one other day...Went to every single user and had them log in till I found one person had system manger access. I used there access to reset the default password back to what my company uses. It was a shot in the dark, but it paid off.

you may also want to try login as: $sandy and Password: 0327 if that doesnt work I would try smoom's idea that just might work too!

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I did smoom's idea and we found a person setup as a manager and we were able to get in that way.
