Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Can I delete a stuck voice mail message? We have an Electra Elite with Elitemail for voicemail and it seems as though a single voicemail is causing the voice mail system to lock up when it's checked. The only way we have been able to get voice mail working again is to reboot the IPK several times and remove the elitemail card and reinsert it and then eventually it works again. Is there a way to delete a single voicemail without checking the message? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Absolutely. I had this exact same issue a couple of weeks ago. Every time one particular user logged into their mailbox the entire voicemail would lockup. Just log into a mailbox that has been setup as an administrator. If you are using the 'softkeys' press the softkey 'more', then 'mgr' then 'chbx'. Then dial the xtn number of that mailbox then choose the option to delete that user. Go through the same process to re-add the user.
