I have 2 Elite IPK systems connected by KCCIS over Ip on PVA cards. We seem to lose the connection each night requiring a hardware reset of the pva cards to regain connection. Any advice? Also how can I set up for paging between 2 systems?

what is the firmware version on the pva cards?

The firmware is 1.03. Service Pack SP03

I would strongly suggest that you update the firmware to 1.58 with sp03

Thanks for your help. -- Just want to verify firmware 1.58 is compatible with IPK? (It was only posted under IPK II).
