I have both switches up & running with VM in the main site.

All the ext's are fwding to vm correctly and have msg lights working, with the exception of one ext.

Calls fwd to his mailbox ok but his lamp never comes on.

I have checked his mailbox setup at the main site and lamps are turned on.

I am missing something?

Try inserting the extension number in the message wait notificaton area in the bottom. The extension number is to replace the 'X' (which in essence is the extension number).

Also try setting the message lamp status to off in the subscriber screen. Sometimes VM thinks the light is already on and will not set it again.

Thanks for the ideas.

All I had to do was delete the vm box and re-add it. All is well now.
