IPK 2 PRI drop out issues

hey,

got a problem with the primary rate connection on the IPK2. after an undertermined time the PRI locks up and stops allowing any incoming or outgoing calls to the system. it can stay up for days and then just lock up.

i have a number of sites doing it, not just the one! i've tried many a different things still to no avail.

although some sites im not having any trouble at all. the only difference there seems to be between sites is the form the isdn is delivered, SHDSL delivery seems to be the one giving us the most trouble.

is there any programming blocks or PRI tricks that im missing???
(im in australia, so not sure if the problem will be happening those of you overseas)

The delivery method should not be giving you a problem, what protocol are you using are they all the same (meaing the one's that work and the ones that don't), are the switches at the most current rev. I have saw field reports in the US about this on older software rev.'s, but I have not had any problems on any rev. here.

There was an isue here in the US with version 1.5x dropping calls on PRI circuits.

Are all your systems the same revision?

Try CPU version 1.04 and PRI version 1.11 with cmd 99-01-54 set to 1.
