Couple of issues

Hello,

I have an Electra Elite 192 with 2 incoming lines. It used to have 8 lines and an attendent. How can I turn off lines 3 thru 8 and is there a way to make incoming calls ring at all phones?

Thank You for your help

Enter programming mode from any display phone:

#0*8974

Enter program 3-03 to to take line s 3-8 out of trunk group 1:

LK3 then [transfer] then 03 on the dial pad

The first two digits in the display are the trunk number

Press [conference] until the first 2 digits reads '03'

change the lat two digits from '01' to '00' then press [transfer]

Dial '03' on the dial pad to return to trunk group programming, then press [conference] to scroll to the next trunk.

Once you are done lift and replace the handset to exit program mode.

Depending on how the ringing was programmed originally, there are several changes that would need to be made to change from the automated attendant answering calls to having the phones ring instead. If you're up for it I will reply.

You could always call an NEC dealer in your city, for less than $100 you could have a certified tech do the work.

Thanks, I will give it a try. If you have the instructions for change the auto attendant I will give it a shot.

Thanks again for all your help, the system belongs to a friend who is trying to open a powersport store.
