I need to setup a button where the users can access the voice mail using one of the 16 buttons. The Voice mail ports are 120 thru 128. I am using the desktop software to set this up. Any help would be appreciated

Program the button as a feature access key in program 4-12.

Then go to the phone and press FEATURE, REDIAL, the button on the phone, 1 + voicemail pilot ext, FEATURE.

I really appreciate the response. If I could trouble you for one more question I have. I was looking for the voice pilot number but I am uncertain what it is. Any ideas how I can find out?
