Rep Power: 0  Country:  |  night modes ipk II Ok guys, I need some help. How do the night modes in 12 correspond to the call routing mailboxes in 47. I want to use the automatic scheduling in 12, but I need to know how the system will know what call routing mailbox to use. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 4 | It sounds like you are using 'Inmail' voicemail, which I have installed 7 of and replaced 7 of with an Elitemail. It is very limited on what it will do and is only $300 (cost) less than an Elitemail. Are you trying to get trunks or DID's to get different greetings based on day/night mode?
