Location: Akron, OH Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:     | Here's what I have: I just checked the PBX itself, and it does say IPK, not IPK II on it. Does this make a difference as to whether or not I have the ability to use PC Pro, or Web Pro? Feature 3 produces these results: SP1034 R4.00 KeySys R2UP 192P Does this help? Rep Power: 4 | You definitely have an IPK system with 4.0 software (fairly current). I'm sorry but I am not very familiar with SMDR over TCPIP on the IPK. I'm not even sure if it's possible.
