Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I don't have the terminal software required to hook up to the phone system itself, so I was wondering if there was a way to reassign the extension whenever someone dials '0' in our voicemail. Also, is there a manual somewhere that describes all the different possible actions, and what their key-sequences are? Thanks! Kane.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Assuming you have a neaxmail voicemail system, you will need to connect a laptop/pc to the voicemail and have a copy of Cosessions software to modify/change voicemail options. There is no way to change the menu options from the phone. D __________________ NEC NTAC 1 800 852 4632 http://www.necntac.com http://www.2000stuff.com http://ipk2stuff.com/
