Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Night Mode Something is not right with our Electa Elite 48 system. It is currently night-time, but if we put it into Night Mode, it will keep ringing. (Although, no extensions will ring, just that line will light up). It's interesting, because the voicemail light wont light up as it usually does at night. If I take if off night mode, it will ring like 4 times, then will go through the normal auto attendant. Which setting got messed up? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | program 3 [transfer] 43 is the command that directs trunks directly to your voicemail when the system is in night mode. Unless your system has had some work done on it or changes made recently I'm not sure why that would just stop working. I would leave it in day mode until you get it figured out, at least it answers after 4 rings that way. D | ||||||||
