Turn off second/third/fourth line ring volume

We have an Electra Elite 192 phone system. We have a person that wants only the first line to ring in(Volume) and each other incoming call to her extension to be silent. Does anyone know how we can do it?

There is a feature call Off Hook Ringing that can be turned off on a per station basis in memory block 4-51 of system programming.
