Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Changing the KSU time How is the time on the KSU changed? There is an option in the ACD Plus Server program that says, "Set KSU time". When it's clicked it appears to do nothing. When we run reports the time is off by 3 hours. If anyone knows how to change this time I would appreciate the info. Thank you.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The phone system time is changed via one of two main phones connected to the system. If you dial Feature + 4 (or Function + 4 depending on style of phone), the display will show Tel XX = Station Number. You are looking for XX to equal 01 or 02, these are the phones that are allowed to set the time by default. From there it is easy, just dial Feature (or Function) + 9 + #. You can dial in the hours and minutes and press Feature/Function to save.
