Location: Troon Rep Power: 6  Gender:  Country:  | Ladies and Gents, I'm Currently working on a DMS100 in the UK that is operating on an MMP17 Load. I'm checking the logs everyday and finding there are high instances of PM189 (Sw Error) logs. Having refered to helmsman it states that the Log is for Nortel parusal only. It seems to me to be a 'get out of jail free card' because if I submitted these logs thro' the CSR system i fear that they would either get ignored or have an unsatifactory answer. Also i'm experiencing Loss of CMR load in the GPP PM's. .. Soooo - i'm wondering if anyone out there has (a) any more info on the PM189 log and (b) is suffering the same CMR Load failure on there DMS and Software Builds  Thanks Suggs | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 Country:  | possible mismatch of loadnames , is pmloads alarm present? Query PM's if so. check table pmloads to see if the loads match up with the current loadnames on the IMAGE load ( go into diskut do a LIst Vol then list the file with the pmloads. possible Patch issue? Sorry do not have the helmsman currently, so I am going off memory. | ||||||||
