Flash Load IPE

I'm trying to flash load two IPE we have on site. One problem is that we do not have EIU cards installed on the switch so that prevent me from transfering the file from the SLM. So I tried to get the IPE expec to transfer the file from a laptop set up with Serv-U, but it keep coming back with an error (could not get file size from FTP server). Has anyone performed this task that could give me some idea how I could go about it?

Thanks in advance.

Send me a PM with your email. I'll send you the procedures I have. Also, if you have access to Nortel web site you can download the MEFM application. it's a web based app that will allow you to administer the flash loads, and M39xx set firmware loading. Along with MEFM you still need to have something liek Serv-U running.
