Location: Chlt-NC Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Ummm.... Everything That is a tall order. If your switch is in fact a DMS100 Central office you've got alot to think about. All your dialing translations, rate areas, trunk groups, subscriber lines, the list goes on. Are you possibly a Centrex user that is replacing Centrex with an Avaya PBX? If this is the case, you should be assigned an Avaya software engineer that should meet with all your users and business units to discuss phone requirements, call groups etc. Also, Be prepared to provide accurate floor plans to your vendor. You will aslo probably need to discuss the installation of trunks for local and LD services. | ||||||||
