DMS 100 to Avaya

My company is taking out a DMS 100 and replacing with an Avaya switch. Can someone help with what table info I need to collect from the DMS 100?

Ummm.... Everything

That is a tall order. If your switch is in fact a DMS100 Central office you've got alot to think about. All your dialing translations, rate areas, trunk groups, subscriber lines, the list goes on. Are you possibly a Centrex user that is replacing Centrex with an Avaya PBX? If this is the case, you should be assigned an Avaya software engineer that should meet with all your users and business units to discuss phone requirements, call groups etc. Also, Be prepared to provide accurate floor plans to your vendor. You will aslo probably need to discuss the installation of trunks for local and LD services.

I am just pulling the info remotely. Avaya has not told me everything that they need yet to take care of this on their end, but I was just trying to make sure I had all of the data table info...

Thank you
