UCD Precedence

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if you establish a new UCDGRP, are you able to put precedence on a certain UCD number if I have two or more numbers on a group. I have notice that a UCD number will bounce back and forth between numbers. I would like it to always go to one primary number first, unless it’s busy of course. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks in advance

Your question is confusing. A UCD group distributes calls to agents no matter what UCD number is called. You can put a priority on call based on the UCD number called in table DNROUTE. The fields are TOLLPRIO for the primary number and DNPRIO for the supp numbers. IF you want people who call the primary number to be answered first, the make TOLLPRIO 0 for the primary number and DNPRIO the value 1 for the supp numbers.
