Here is the best I can do...
This is for the transition to 7 digit dialing so its not such a blunt change.
If you need anything else just ask in here or PM

1. Create a DRAM/EDRAM recording or pick an old recording from the switch not in use and re-recorded with your new message. Message will be your choice - example: "Beginning 1 Jan 2006 base dialing will convert from five to seven digits. All base dialing will require XXX (prefix) plus four digit extension".
Key parameters for the recording in Table ANNS:
Fields MAXCYC - 1
MAXCON - 255

2. In any routing table - IBNRTE, IBNRT2, OFRT, etc. - Create a tuple - see example;
1 (S N N N N ANVACT) (DN 757 764 N 0 5) $ $
NOTE: Items must be changed to YOUR info


3. In Table IBNXLA change all associated five digit dialing tuples - i.e. CXLA, PXLA, PT (NCOS Preliminary Translator) - see example;
CXLA 8 EXTN Y Y 757 764 5 $ $ - Current tuple
CXLA 8 ROUTE N Y 0 N 5 5 NDGT N T IBNRT2 1 $ - New tuple

The way this will work is as follows;
1. Customer dials the five digit extension - just like they do now
2. Customer hears the recording
3. Once recording is over - system will automatically connect to the dialed five digit extension
