(PSN) Programmable Services Node

We have been trying to use the Programmable Services Node (PSN) feature of the DMS. However, we keep getting an error 'NO LINKS' ?
We get a 'Fatal Error Abnormal exit' . In the Swear is the NO LINKS error?

On an inbound call, we Acknowledge Call, then attempt to connect it to an outbound call. The call seems to work, but we upon hangup we get no information on the B leg. It does not disconnect.

I have no idea what this is, and almost have given up.
If anybody can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
It is worth something to us. Have alot of DMS (100 - 500) parts.
Trade for help with this error.

Thanks ,
Ken Davis
