Does anyone have an SL100 with non-PRI tie lines? If so, could I see an example of table ISDNPARM?

The situation I have is inbound PRI trunks where calls come in and tandem to non-PRI tielines. On the externally originated calls, callers do not hear ringback. I believe I am not mapping the the ALERT and am just sending a connect to the originator. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Lou. We opened a case with Nortel last Friday. They did some call traces and captured data, next step is to try to reproduce in the lab. Looks like it's going to be one of them wait forever responses. I'll post the finding if/when it gets resolved.
