Location: Fort Worth Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello Richard, Haven't needed your help in a while, Got a question the IT director asked me here. Is there any way I can look at a call log of outbound calls from past few days? Somebody seems to be making some 800 # calls that they shouldn't. I know have to do a LIST TRACE and look at what is happening at that exact time. The call accounting software on this Definity doesn’t work anymore so that is out of the question. Any ideas?

Location: San Diego, CA Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Tracing Outbound Calls Call accounting is your historical log for outbound calls, the switch itself does not keep a record. You could put a serial printer on the former call accounting output and reconfigure CDR for printer, the switch will dump records to the printer. Make sure you don't run out of paper because you will go through a lot and if it is tractor feed make sure it doesn't jam. If the calls are to the same 800 number each time, you could block it in ARS.
