IPO 406v2 Install Wizard login fails - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

This is my first IPO install.

I can ping the unit but when I run the install wizard or manager and try login with the MAC and password I get login failed.

I got the MAC from doing an 'arp -a' on the PC and that did not work. I tried i using the S/N from the sticker on back because it looks like a 12 digit hex number but that did not work either.

I am stumped.
