Location: Meridian, MS Rep Power: 5 ![]() | ACD login and logout There is a code that I can use to listen the MOH. Forgot how to do it. Seems like its a two digit number then the port number. Like my MOH is 01C1601 so the code would be xx0131601. (3 in place of the C) Anybody know what it is? Richard | ||||||||

| This is not the right way to do that. I tell you the right way: -Build a VDN and a vector. In the vector you say: wait-time 999 sec hearing music Dial the VDN you will hear the music. If you have more than one tenant, be sure the station of which you are dialing, and also the assigned music on hold VDN are on the same tenant.. next question | ||||||||
