On a G3r
I'm using autodial and access codes (ie 60 for login and 64 for logout, and then the hunt grp number) for agents to login and logout.
Isn't there another way to do this?

if you use the abbreviated dialing buttons of the system list you can give the buttons a user-defined label.

Depending on the type of station you are using you can change the labels on the station itself

there are some:

1. Just one button to login-logout
2. If the agent may not see the loginid through abbrv-d you can put a ~s for the dialed string and it will not appear on the phone display

1. One button to login AND logout? Or, one button executes both?
