Intuity Audix LX to manage ASA software.

How do I set the COS and COR where a user has to enter an account code to make long distance calls?

About TN775C/775D

You create a cor and make sure that Forced Entry of Account Codes?=Y. Once you have created to COR you then change the sets and move them into this COR. Once you do this you will not be very popular.

Ok, Did that,
Now I can't dial out at all,
How do I change it so it only restricts when thay dial 1
And how do you set and enter the account code?

Sorry I thought you wanted all calls to have account codes. If you wand just Long distance calls only use the Toll analysis table. See below:

TOLL ANALYSIS Percent Full: 39
Location: all
Total Toll CDR <--Unrestricted Call List-->
Dialed String Min Max RCL List FEAC 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
1 4 11 x x

Make sure FEAC has an X Then all cal starting with 1 will be forced to enter the code. Also make sure CDR screen has the correct number of digits in account field. Again below:
display system-parameters cdr SPE B
CDR SYSTEM PARAMETERS

CDR Account Code Length: 15
