log of changes made?

I have DSA software on a couple of call center supervisors desktops so they can view bcms information. One of them I trust not to abuse it, heck, he can barley use it, the other is a weasal with a knife behind his back, or more accuartaly, behind someone elses back. His login has been as a super-user. I just changed him to a non-super-user. What is the difference between the two and am I safe?

You are a little safer, but there is a better way to set permissions. Type:

Cha Perm [UserName]

You can now set more specific permisions for this user. There is a box on the page that is labled "Additional Restrictions". Set the box to Y and you will now have a second page where you can specifically say what this user is NOT allowed to do.

Good Luck.
