| G after username in Avaya IP office Hello everyone! I am currently doing a senior project for a class in which Avaya happends to be the company assigned to me! I need some info on how the company (Avaya) keeps track and manages their customer information. Is it an API, Custom software, Database? I have to put toghether a mock up sales presentation for new software that could be an improvement for the customer system. Have to love this hands on educational approach! Anyhow, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! | ||||||||
