Can you provide a bit more detail? Most specifically, what kind of button and what kind of phone? What are you trying to do with it/make it do?

You set the buttion on the phone and there will be a line (______________)this is where you enter the station of the voice mail port (i.e. 1646) where you call to log into audix,
When you push the rec buttion your phone it will record to that extions mailbox.

no its not. just get used on how to search. the best thing to do is download the cd collection for Communication manager
