I was able to create a coverage path for one ext to ring another and then for to VM on the first ext.

The cover( path point 2: h10) is what I used to get it to go back to VM does any one know what h10 represents and where I can find it in the system.

I have som others labled r3 when I go and view all the paths.

I think it might be *50, which sends the call back to the original extension voice mail. Fairly unique to Avaya, if I am not mistaken.

h10

r3 actually stands for Coverage Remote 3.

Type change cov rem to see the table of remote coverage points.

Depending if your switch has the appropriate RTU's activated you can have a call ring on a desk phone, then a cell phone, then go back to the work vmail.

h10 is a hunt group, almost certianly your voice mail ports

r3 is, as sj said, is the coverage remote table. I use it to make calls cover to outside numbers (cell phones) You might want to ausit that and see where all people are sending those calls...

Just as a follow up / FYI...

On the station page if you see a number preceeded by a V that number is the VDN extension number. A number preceeded by a C is a coverage answer group (all phones in the group ring simultaneously). H stands for hunt as previously pointed out.
