Any good materials out there to explain ACD, (hunt groups, understanding the reports ect).

I have looked at it. One really has to muddle thru a lot of stuff to maybe find what one is looking for... I'll give that a shot.
Thanks
Richard

What type of info are you looking to provide? Is it combined with EAS?

We have BCMS. Hunt groups, no vectoring, basic, basic. I use duct tape, cross connect wire and, smoke and miroors to make it work.
I have a lot of questions, like.
Since our agents log into two splits at the same time, when I do a report such as list bcms agent xxxx will the numbers reflect a summary of both groups. I suppose it has to...
I'm going to try to attach a shot of my screen

Yes list bcms agent XXXX will provide traffic for ALL splits which the agent is assigned to.

I hear you about the duct tape, string, smoke and mirrors. But it's good training with this stuff....it makes you think outside the box to get solutions working...then when you have the more robust stuff it's A) easier to understand and B) it increases the box for you to think outside of.

Good stuff!

I heard that. I'm looking at the support.avaya to see what they have. I'll be back with more questions
Thanks
