| Our office uses 75-100 Lucent 6408D+ phones. My understanding is that the time display on each phone is determined by our Definity software and cannot be changed on the individual phone itself. Is that correct? The reason I ask is that we have one user's phone which constantly loses time, about a 1-2 minutes per day. His is the only phone that this happens to. Any help is much appreciated! Location: Meridian, MS Rep Power: 5 ![]() | 6408D+ Time display wrong I can't think of a way to affect the time display on a phone. Only via PBX using the set time command. If only one phone is losing time I would blame it on a temporal flux in the space-time continuum. Always works on Star Trek. Sorry, "some kind of” temporal flux.. Have you tried swapping with another phone to see if the problem follows the phone or stays in that port? Richard | ||||||||
