Hi All,

Here's the scenario:

The sales manager (Sam) has Send All Calls activated on his phone. Thus when the phone rings, he hears the re-direction tone and the call routes to the first point of his coverage path (his AA Tina). When she answers the call, it remains on the call appearance on his phone. She then announces to him who is calling and he then presses the call appearance and begins talking.

Over the past week or two he noticed that he can do this if it is an internal caller, but if the caller is coming from the outside, he is unable to press the call appearance and bridge onto the call.

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out how they set this up in the first place....

Any suggestions?

TIA,
Steve

Hi,
i would suggest you to dis-able the send all calls and instead activate bridge appearance on his AA Tina's phone where he could accept the call for both in/out calls.
Hope this will meet the requirement.

I'd like to. Problem is they are used to the current system and I've got to try to make it work again....

Binoy,

The problem is this....If they brought the scenario to me and asked how to do it, I would have gone with the bridged appearances. But since they already have a solution they are comfortable with, and it still works with internal calls, I'm inclined to try and "fix" their solution.
