NEED HELLP AVAYA TRAINING
Not sure if I'm asking in the right place but...

I'm trying to create a report which shows the skills each agent has but can't seem to find which table holds this info. I need to list all skill assignemnts rather than real-time or historical stats.

CMS Custom Report showing Agent Skills
Run a list agent in ASA and it will provide the information you're looking for. if you wish I believe you can dump this info to Excel for some finesse work.
