Hi All,

Is there a way that i can observed a trunk using remote access or fac.
Because we have lots of inapproriate calls done by our employee and we need proof that there calls are non business.

How to I monitor a specific trunk to listen in?

Why not just observe the station?

Shy of breaking into the call with a buttset, I don't think I've ever tried to service observe a trunk.
