Location: Virginia Beach, VA. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | So here's the scenario... I have several users in my G3r that are setup so that when you call them, their VM (Audix) will give you the option of pressing one to leave a message, or pressing 2 to transfer to their cell phone. The setup... The user has a VDN with a vector that points to their cell phones. The VDN is setup in Audix, and their primary extension is setup as Auto Attendant which has the VDN programmed into the options on page 3. Here's the problem... This fetaure works fine externally, and through my main Auto Attendant, but it fails when I try it internally. When I dial a user internally I can watch it in the switch, and it will dial the first 5 digits of the cell phone, but then the call drops before it completes. This was working fine for months, and it just quit for whatever reason. Here's the million dollar question... WHY??? Thanks in advance for any help. Peace

I would look at the COR of the incoming trunks (As they're the ones that work) and then I'd look at the COR of the set you're using to call the VM from. See what's different between the two. Location: Netherlands Rep Power: 4 ![]() | there could be several reasons why this problem occur. Not only the COR but also a large amount of switch settings could cause this trouble. Do a list history and check whatever is changed and change it back! But before you do that, change ALL the passwords on the pbx and give the new passwords only to those people who are authorised! Besides of all this i realy want to suggest you another option than just audix. Its called EC500 and you can bridge your cell phone to your digital or ip station.

Location: Virginia Beach, VA. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks guys, and I have looked at the EC500 option as an upgrade. I actually was able to resolve the issue before I left work today. In my Vector there was simply a Route to step, and nothing else. Before the Route to step I added a wait 3 seconds step, and Voila! It started working again. That doesn't explain why it previously worked for 2+ years, but nonetheless it resolved the problem. Thanks to all!
