Not sure if anyone has seen this issue...currently we are seeing an issue in which our reps are enhanced conferencing and they experience a "phantom line" when they release the parties after they are conferenced.

i tried to find some known issues on this software release, but it looks like its to old to get some specific information. maybe you should think of upgrading you software

I'm thinking that as well...currently testing with Ver 5. and it has it's own seperate issue. When a rep enhanced conferences two parties, it keeps her on the call after she has connected the two parties and she cannot drop off the call. Also, the status on IP agent shows her in auto-in mode while she is on the conference. She has to stay on the call till the two parties drop, and then she is automatically put in ACW status, and she has to auto-in to start recieving calls again.
