s8300 media gateway annoucements - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Hi Guys. I am using VAL Manager 1.3.5 ugrade 1.1. We also recently upgraded our firmware on our S8300's to version 1.3.2. Prior to that I was able to copy, remove, add and backup annoucements without any problems. Now however I am getting the following error on when I try to add or remove any announcements on any of our S8300's.

The connection is made, but the message saying "could not enable filesystem" has me stumped.

Any ideas?

can you try if you can enable the file system of the announcementboard with the login you use, via the terminal emulator? Had an issue before where i even had CRAFT/DADMIN login but could not enable the filesystem. Therefore the val manager did not work. Try to add another login and test if you can enable filesystem

the command is: enable filesystem boa xxxx login xxxx(where login is your pbx login)
