| problem with connecting to octel 200 via sentinel According to Avaya Documentation, Call Records in CMS is limited to 5000 records and can only be collected if traffic is under 400 calls within 20 minutes. (I am currently in Version 8 of CMS but upgrading to Version 12 in Feb.) My question: Is this 5000 records limited to the server as a whole or to individual ACDs that reside on the server (i.e.: ACD1 = 5000; ACD2=5000, etc.)? | ||||||||
