Hi All,

I just upgraded our sites from Splits to EAS...and now when one of our agents calls an internal extension, the agent ID displays on the station called.

Is there a way to change this back to the extension?

except for the client room and cover path option mentioned in tek-tips. maybe you could also try something with the direct agent calling settings in your cor

I was trying to avoid anyone calling the agent IDs....I'm going to have to fart around with my DCS tables to make this work....ARGH!
