Have a problem with the val announcement card. Each time I have inserted and copy the announcement to the card, the announcement will disappear after I have removed and re-inserted the card. Why is that so? I've tried many cards but the same problem faced.

Is it a tn2501AP? I'm 90% sure I saw a firmware upgrade for that. Is it running the latest version? We're running FW7 on a 1st gen card and I remember reading something about that in one of the previous upgrade docs.

im sure you are saving the swtich configuration before you remove and reinsert the hardware

use save translation after making any soft or hardware changes in the switch
