On my 4620 phones,when I go to the call log and redial from there, it inserts a 9. Don't know how to get it out. That's for internal calls only that it is messing it up.

2420 phones. Anybody know how to link the messages button to voicemail?? Can't find that puppy anywhere to set it up.

if your on communication manager there`s a field on the station form that says: Voicemail number. Put in the voicemail huntgroup extension there.

What firmware release do you have on the phones? I remember i had this problem a while ago with older release.The release i can advise you is the 2.300 release. You can do some settings with the 46xx.txt file on your TFTP server which are relevant to your wrong digit outdialing problem.
There are some options to set the first digit (like ars access digit)
