Location: Western NC Rep Power: 5 ![]() | How to configure FRL's? We switched over to 4 digit dialing and changed Definity Audix to 4 digit also at the same time. I can't get the MWI to work right. Seems they'll stay on and if I clear them, they might work sometimes but that's all. They stay on most of the time. | ||||||||

Location: Tolland, CT Rep Power: 6 ![]() | What method is the Audix using to integrate with the Definity? I've never used Definity Audix...only Intuity Audix. I know I setup a loaner Audix here at one point with mode code integration and it was a BEAR to get working. Another question...take a look at the administrator log for subscriber in Audix. Is the Audix turning the message waiting light on and off? Good luck! Steve | ||||||||

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | If the MWI is on, and no messages can be retrieved on the voicemail; try this. Go to "cha sta XXXX" command; assign on one of the buttons the Msg Retrieval and Del Msg. After doing this, press the msg retrieval and try deleting any information you could retrieve. Have the same problem several days ago... and was able to resolve it after an hour. | ||||||||

Location: Netherlands Rep Power: 4 ![]() | i`ve had some issues in the past with the MWI. are you`re subscriber extensions the same extensions as you have in the PBX? I ask this because when the Audix sends a MWI message to the PBX, to let the vm light on the telephone go on, and this subscriber extension does not exist in the PBX the light will not go on!!!! So did you also renumbered your audix subscribers to 4 digits or only your voiceports and pbx extensions?? By the way, its a hell of a job to make those changes.... | ||||||||
