Location: Netherlands Rep Power: 4 ![]() | if its about a definity ECS with ACD features you can use bcms. With asa you can monitor actual states of ACDs. If you schedule reports by example every 24 hours you can get some basic information. If the information is not specific enough i suggest you contact youre sales consultant for a CMS system. | Yes, have previously looked at TASKE; they do not offer reporting for the Avaya switch--they just referred me back to Avaya. In the meantime I have located a vendor, NetLert, with a solution we are now evaluating http://www.netlert.com/nfocus I can tell you this, so far we are extremely pleased with what we see, especially the ease of setup and use.
