| Hi All, Need Help. I already configured my ISDN to send name and send calling number but still on the other it was display only the name not including the number. Just like this one, apear only 999-9999 not the real number of a stations. PBX Room 999-9999 thanks... | ||||||||

Location: Minnesota Rep Power: 7 ![]() | You need to configure the trunk to send name and send number, and you have to define either public or private for the NUMBERING FORMAT field. THEN you must configure the appropriate table (cha isdn pub) with the appropriate data. For example, my DID extensions are 8XXX. So I have a table entry that looks like this: Ext Ext Trunk CPN CPN Lenth Code Grp(s) Prefix Len 4 8 1-3 507537 10 4 7 1-3 5075321234 10 This means if a four digit extension starting with 8 dials out on trunks 1-3, it sends 507537 plus the extension. For my NON DID numbers, the second line is used. Clear as mud? | ||||||||
