Normally it's #2.

To verify, in your Definity type "ch feat". Look for the call forwarding feature and you'll find the FAC programmed for use.

Political humor

If you execute the change features command, you can remove the FAC code so that it cannot be accessed. However you are also going to have to check each and every station to ensure that there is not a Call-fwd button administered on any of the stations. depending on how many different stations you have and how many there are, you may be able to use ASA to download your stations and then re-upload them using a template in ASA.

If this will not work for you you can download a trial version of "Doc-It" from www.utilcall.com which is supposed to docuemtn all of your switch settings including stations and then due a search for "call-fwd" in the document to identify what stations the buttons are on.

If you want to, do a COS and check No to the Call Fowarding and issue that COS to certian phones and leave the rest alone.
