Does anybody know or have some guidelines/steps to configure an IP POLYCOM 3000 to an Avaya S8700 switch ?

We just get this polycom but it is not working at all.

I will really appreciate your comment,

Regards.

Asg.

Which power cord did you get?

I work with Nortel Systems, but we had one that was sent with a power cord (module) for a 'Definity' system and it wouldn't work....

NEWBIE HERE Help with a merlin legend from 1989

I haven't installed a 3000 yet but I have installed VS4000, which is the older version...roughly of yours. What are you trying to do exactly. There is the admin guide on-line as well at http://www.polycom.com/products_serv...USS_01DBC.html

Power for the 8434

What version of Communication manager is running on your S8700? The IP Polycom requires at least 2.0 to work.
