Call Detail Recording using the G3r Switch

I was wondering if anyone knows of any product that can import A LOT of data, such as VDN, Vectors, into CenterVu CMS. We may be converting from 4 digits to 5 digits and we have a ton of VDNs at 4 different call centers.

Thanks,
James

CMS runs on an informix database, if you can get Avaya to give you access to the D-base and tell you what the Table structure is you may be able to import/export the information, otherwise you may have to rely on them to do this for you.

Good luck.

Import/export of data

Hi John,

I did find a solution to this. A comapany called UtilCall has a beta product that we are using to do this. The have some other good products as well. Call Flow Extract and DocIt, both of these can extract a ton of useful info out of the Avaya PBX.

Thanks again,
James

Their final version was just released with an option to synch your CMS Data Dictionary items with your PBX or by bulk.
