Ok, my FAC is 7821.
I dial 7821
press the 4 digit ann. number
press 1 to record
then I get a fast busy

Any quick Help I would get is appreciated~!!!

Quick, HELP! Changing announcements in Definity
First question...do you have console permissions enabled on the COS page for your extension?

Second question...if console permissions are enabled, normally getting this waive off means the card is busy writing to it's memory....could this be? If not, try busing out the board and releasing....

Let me know how those work out...
